Microaccelerometer MAC-03 is the electrostatic type with the cubic proof mass in a small cavity. MAC-03 has two measurement ranges and fully new redesigned electronic detector POSDET of proof mass position in the cavity. Paper describes the relation between the POSDET and the whole
microaccelerometer stability. There is given comparison of stability between
the old POSDET-1 used on RESURS and Space Shuttle flight and advanced type
POSDET-3, prepared for MIMOSA project. Paper also describes the block diagram
